Announcements

Schedule rich server announcements and duplicate or edit sent messages.

Set it up

1. 1Open Announcements under QONTROL.
2. 2Create a scheduled message with channel, content, time, and optional embed.
3. 3Use publish history under Messages to review what was sent.

Announcements vs Messages

Announcements is where you create scheduled posts. Messages is where you review QREATE-published history and duplicate/edit supported messages.

Rich embed checklist

• Set the target channel first.
• Use content text when you need pings; use embed fields for structured details.
• Use full public https:// image URLs or QAssets URLs for images.

What to know

• The module id is scheduled-messages; the dashboard label is Announcements.
• Messages is publish history, not the announcement editor.
