QAssets

Manage media assets, upload banners, and copy CDN links for custom embeds.

Set it up

1. 1Open QAssets under the QREATE pillar in the left rail.
2. 2Click Upload File or drag files up to 15MB into the upload area.
3. 3Copy the generated public CDN URL to use across welcome screens and announcements.

Storage and limits

• File size - Upload files up to a generous limit of 15MB.
• File types - Upload images (PNG, JPEG, WEBP), animations (GIF), vector graphics (SVG), or documents (PDF).
• CDN delivery - Files are hosted on Cloudflare R2 and served instantly via assets.qreate.cloud.

Organization and management

• Folders - Build structured folders with optional parent nesting.
• Favorites - Tap the star icon on any asset to pin it for easy retrieval.
• Tags - Tag files to categorize them by campaign, event, or function.
• Archiving & Purging - Soft-delete files into an archive list, or permanently purge them to free up quota.

Embedding in QREATE

Once uploaded, click the copy button to copy the asset's public CDN link. You can use these URLs in Welcome card background images, embed builders, announcements, or custom emoji lists.

What to know

• SVGs are automatically sanitized using isomorphic-dompurify on upload.
• Only supported image, gif, svg, and pdf mime types are accepted.
