Schedule community events with channels, times, details, and reminder embeds.

Set it up

1. 1Open Events and enable the module.
2. 2Create an event with title, date/time, channel, and optional embed.
3. 3Review the event list and update or cancel as needed.

Use Events when

• You need a scheduled community activity with a time, channel, and reminder.
• You want a reusable event list on the dashboard.
• You need a public embed people can inspect before the event starts.

Time and timezone

Store the actual event time in the event fields, then write the human timezone in the description if your community spans regions. For example: 20:00 CET / 2 PM ET.

Title: Friday Community Night
Description: Casual games, voice chat, and small giveaways.
Location: #event-stage
Time note: 20:00 CET / 2 PM ET
Reminder: 30 minutes before start

What to know

• Create events far enough ahead for reminders to run.
• Use a clear timezone in the description when your community is global.
