Platform Notifications

Subscribe this server to official QREATE platform status updates (maintenance, outages, resolutions).

Set it up

1. 1Open Platform Notifications and enable it.
2. 2Choose a notification channel.
3. 3Pick which update types to receive — Scheduled Maintenance, Major Outages, Resolved, Product Releases.

Alert lifecycle

1. 1Start an alert with a template or custom message.
2. 2Members can use the report button to send bug reports to your report channel.
3. 3Resolve the alert when done; QREATE can post a recovery embed and clear active state.

Stale alert state

If the original alert message was deleted manually, press Resolve anyway. The resolver is idempotent and clears the active state even when the old message is gone.

What to know

• Alerts are published by the QREATE team only — server admins configure preferences, not the alerts themselves.
• The bug-report button on any alert always opens a ticket with the official QREATE team, not in this server.
