What Insights reads

  • Open tickets, unclaimed queue, and staff response metrics.
  • Introductions, Challenges activity, reputation leaders, downtime state, and enabled module count.
  • Active users and channel activity where QREATE has enough data.
Note. Insights is read-only. If a number looks wrong, fix the source module first: Tickets, Logging, Reputation, Downtime, or Challenges.
