Set it up

1. 1Open Forms & Applications and enable it.
2. 2Create a form command with fields and optional reward behavior.
3. 3Review submissions from the dashboard.

Builder rules

Each form is a command-driven flow. Keep the command name short, keep required questions near the top, and use role mappings only for outcomes you actually want automated.

Staff application example

Command: /apply-staff
Fields:
- Age / timezone
- Why do you want to help?
- Previous moderation experience
- Weekly availability
- What would you do during a raid?
Outcome: staff review, no automatic role until approved

What to know

• Forms use a builder layout; do not treat every question as a separate module.
• Role mappings should use the shared role picker.
